The white lion are a genetic rarity, while these lions are not albinos, they lack their usual tawny colouration. This is a due to rare condition that results in a reduced pigmentation.
Designed and sculpted by Matt Buckley, traditionally sculpted from clay, hand-cast from their special blend of marble stone and hand-painted in their studios at Edge Sculptures in Shropshire, England
